Albert Domingo Garau LAEFF researcher My name is Albert Domingo Garau and I am working at LAEFF since 1999. Before I came to ESAC, I made a master of Science in Physics at the Univerity of Barcelona. During my master and using Hipparcos data, I developed a new luminosity calibration for late A-type stars, in terms of stromgren photometry, which accounts for temperature, evolution, metallicity and rotational effects. In 1999 I started to work in the preparation of the Input Catalogue for OMC (the optical camera on-board INTEGRAL satellite), in the software to analyze the OMC data, and in the development of calibration strategies. Currently I am the OMC Ground Segment Software coordinator, the responsible of the OMC Calibration and of the Instrument Specific Software running at the INTEGRAL Science Data Centre in Switzerlad. I am also in charge of the OMC data processing to create the products (mainly light curves) which are made publicly available to the scientific community through the WEB interface of "The OMC Archive". In parallel, I am trying to finish my PhD thesis which will include all my work to calibrate the OMC instrument, the new analysis methods developed, and the main results obtained with OMC data.
