Summary: The Universe part of the Gaia simulator aims to provide a realistic distribution of any type of objects in the Universe, as seen by Gaia. It gives their position, velocities and physical parameters. This document describes the proposed format of the output file from the GaiaSimulator Universe. This file is used as an interface by Gaia data generators and may be used by other CUs packages.
