Recommendation 27: OSA 9 Release 

IUG recommends that ISDC release OSA 9 before the AO release (mid March 2010), 
even if the improved energy calibration is not ready. In the latter case IUG recom- 
mends an intermediate release of OSA (“OSA 9.1”) as soon as the revised energy 
calibration is available.
