The Planck-HFI Science Ground Segment and Operations

The Planck Science Ground Segment has to cope with several aspects specific to the experiment, among which are the scanning strategy, the complexity of the cryogenic system, and the necessity of processing time ordered, rather than image, data. After 4 years of operations, and few weeks before the final de-orbit manoeuvre, I will present the impact of these requirements on the Planck-HFI Science Ground Segment design, development, operations and post-operations and on the instrument science operations.
