VENUE AND TRANSPORT
 

The meeting will take place at the European Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC) in Villanueva de la Cañada near Madrid.

MEETING ROOMS

The meeting will be held in the rooms D1/D2, D50 and D52 of D Building and B100/B101 of B Building (see map below):

LUNCH AT ESAC

Lunch will take place in the ESAC Canteen from 13:35 to 15:00. The daily menu can be found here.

TRANSPORT

There is public transport from Madrid to ESAC. More details on how to get to ESAC can be found here.

A shuttle bus service will be provided free of charge for transportation between Madrid and ESAC for the duration of the meeting. The bus will depart from the Moncloa area in Madrid. Full details regarding itineraries and departure times are provided in the section below.

SHUTTLE BETWEEN MADRID AND ESAC

A bus will shuttle the attendees between Madrid city and ESAC.

It is recommended to find accommodation near the Moncloa metro station, as this will be the pick-up point of the bus shuttle.
