Euclid Q2 Data Access

Users can access the internal Euclid Q2 data in two ways:

  1. SFTP server for direct download:
    • sftp anonymous@ftp-bdt.cosmos.esa.int:/pub/EUC_Q2
    • Navigate to egbs-v1 folder and access or download the files using the standard SFTP commands

  2. ESA Datalabs:
    • If you do not have an ESA Datalabs account, please create one first by following the instructions at the end of this page.
    • If you already have an ESA Datalabs account, go to https://datalabs.esa.int/ and log in with your COSMOS credentials.
    • Open a new Euclid app instance and click on "Launch it!"
    • Access the dataset under: /data/euclid_q2/egbs-v1
    • Please read the provided README in this directory and use the accompanying Euclid_data_extraction_v1.ipynb Jupyter notebook to get familiar with the data. Links are also available via the Getting Started Guide when opening the Euclid app.

Registering to ESA Datalabs:

  1. Visit https://datalabs.esa.int/
  2. Click on "If you wish to apply for ESA Datalabs access, please submit your request here."
  3. Use registration code: EUCLIDQ2 (typed exactly as shown)
  4. Register using your institutional e-mail address
  5. Submit your request (approval may take a couple of working days)

 

Note: Approval may take a couple of working days. The registration code is mandatory for approval.
