ESAC recommend Eurostars Plaza Mayor.
We have pre-booked 15 rooms at the rate of 76 euros (breakfast and taxes not included) for this fantastic hotel right in the center of Madrid.
Transportation from this hotel will be provided to ESAC and back to this hotel only.
The bus will depart sharp from the hotel in Madrid on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 09:00.
The bus will depart ESAC on Wednesday and Thursday at 18:00 to go to the hotel in Madrid, and then on Friday the bus will depart ESAC at 13:30 to go to the airport. If anyone should need to go back to Madrid and not the airport on Friday, please let us know during the workshop and we will book the taxi for you accordingly.
Please note that the time for the bus to depart on Friday at 13:30 can be set back an hour to 14:30 in case you would like to get lunch at the canteen before heading off to the airport, if everyone else is in agreement. This can be decided when you are all here for the first day.
To book your room and eventually arrange extra dates and extra persons, please contact directly the hotel mentioning that your are reserving your room for the ESAC meeting. Cancellation is free before July 20th.
