ESTEC IT Services AND SUPPORT
The IT team provides service and support for the Scientific Support Office's (SSO) IT infrastructure and technical scientific services. The infrastructure and services complement those provided by ESA's Corporate IT services.
The Science Helpdesk provides local proximity support for the main applications provided by ESA's Corporate IT services, which is Windows based and uses Lotus Notes as the mail environment.
Any Corporate services and applications not covered by the Science Helpdesk are supported by the Corporate IT service desk.
