Registration fee

Registration fee for the Workshop is Euro 150

This fee  includes:

• Bus transportation between Madrid pick-up point and ESAC
• All lunches and coffee breaks
• Conference dinner

Registration fee payment should be done by credit-card (secure on-line payment) or bank transfer to finalize the registration process.

Application for student fee waivers should be submitted to jwst_workshop@sciops.esa.int and approved by the Program Organizing Committee.

Accompanying persons

Additional Conference Dinner tickets for accompanying persons can be ordered from jwst_workshop@sciops.esa.int.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com) 

• Cancellations received up until 4 Sep will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of 5 Sep will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference

Online Registration form

The registration period is open between Friday 21st July to Friday 15th September.

During the registration process participants will be asked to fill out a small questionnaire.

Remote participation

Remote participation during the plenary sessions will be possible via Webex. However, remote participants will get very limited support during the Workshop hands-on sessions.

Remote participants need to register via the online registration form above in order to subscribe to the workshop email list to receive further information.
