    Main Research Fields

     My research is focussed on plasma turbulence at proton scales. The solar wind offers one of the best natural plasma laboratories where spacecraft are much smaller in size than the characteristic sizes of the turbulence. This makes measurements of the plasma simpler than in a laboratory where often instruments are of the same size as the measured parameters making. My research currently uses data from the Cluster mission which consists of four spacecraft making it the ideal mission to study turbulence in three dimensions.
