19th September 2025: Decision from the science leads (mentors) committee sent to the applicants

9th October 2025: Virtual meeting with all the groups members + team mentors

Between 9th October - 17th November: individual team meeting (to be organised by mentors)

17-21st November 2025: Hackathon week at ESTEC

We encourage any results to be shown at the Solar Orbiter workshop in Berlin (16 - 20 March 2026).
