GETTING TO ESTEC

Options and instructions for travelling to ESTEC from Schiphol (Amsterdam) Airport and also Amsterdam, Leiden and Den Haag centres:

ENTERING THE SITE

It is important to have submitted the security questionnaire once your application has been accepted to the hackathon. Please bring your national ID card or passport. You will need to present it to the gate guards on your first day to obtain a visitor pass.

Note that visitors are only allowed without escorts in Zone 1. As some of the meeting rooms booked are in Zone 2, it is important to be escorted by members of the LOC outside of the meeting rooms.

Canteen ON SITE

There are 3 canteens on site:

-The main canteen (winter garden) where a selection of hot and cold plates from a various selection of dishes (incl. vegetarian/vegan) are on offer.

-The "lunchpad", which offers a small selection of salads and mains, which also offers breakfast

-ESCAPE, where a small selection of appetisers and dishes are on offer for lunch and in the evening. ESCAPE also includes the social bar.
