The Voyage 2050 workshop will be held at the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC), Calle Serrano 117, Madrid, Spain, from Tuesday 29 October to Thursday 31 October, 2019.

The focus of this workshop will be presentations and discussions related to the White Paper proposals that have been submitted by the broad scientific community for Voyage 2050, the next planning cycle of the ESA Science Programme.

Since capacity at CSIC is limited, if you wish to attend you must register to express interest in attending (all or part of) the workshop. Confirmation that you have been assigned a place at the workshop will be provided by 7 October.

The workshop will be streamed live but no recording will be made available after the event.

There is no workshop fee.

Lunch will be provided to participants. Please indicate when registering if you have any special dietary requirements. We will try to satisfy these on a best effort basis.

The Voyage 2050 Workshop is organised by the European Space Agency (ESA) and any correspondence related to the workshop is via official ESA email addresses. 
We have been made aware of some companies offering to arrange accommodation for potential participants of the workshop. This service has not been requested by ESA and is not authorised by ESA. 


How to modify your registration

You may modify your registration up until registration closes. To make changes to your registration, enter the email address that you used to submit your earlier proposal in the form below and click on the magnifying glass (to retrieve your submission). You will be sent an authentication code to the email address you provided. Enter the code in the Verification Code Request box  - note that this must be done within 15 minutes of receiving the code. Your previous submission details will be retrieved, you may update the details, and resubmit.
