A registration fee of €50 may be charged that includes the conference dinner, meals and buses. The registration fee will be due in cash at the registration desk upon arrival.

If you are not a member of a BepiColombo Instrument Team in the "Instrument Team Name" field please choose "Science Guest" or "Social Guest" or "Press". Please also indicate on which events you plan to participate and if you want to use the "shuttle" service. Many thanks.
