    How to reach our meeting place?

    ​​​​​The meeting will take place at the Obaku Plaza, Kyoto University and can be easily reached by train (link to google maps)

    LODGING

     

    ​​​​​​Kyoto has a large number of hotel rooms offered in a wide rage of prices. The participants of the Mercury 2024 are free to choose their accommodation.

    We recommend you stay near Kyoto Station. The examples of the recommended hotels are as follows:

    ・Miyako City Kintetsu Hotel Kyoto Station

    ・Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto Ekimae

    TRANSPORTATION to meeting place

       

       Obaku Station is about 20 minutes from Kyoto Station on the JR Nara Line.

     

    What is important to know about the social Event (tour & Dinner)?

    We plan to visit a temple (Myoshin-ji) and a castle (Nijo-jo) by bus.

    We will enjoy having Japanese green tea (Matcha) in Myoshin-ji temple and looking around Nijo-jo castle.

    Social dinner is planned at KIYOMIZU Kyoto Higashiyama on 06/06/2024, the third day of the meeting.

    Registration and Abstract submission

     

    In order to register for the event please use the registration link (klick Meeting Registration): Meeting Registration. You need to create an account first before you can do the registration. 
    The registration fee is 15000 Japanese Yen (~ 90 Euro)

    Please note: This is the registration for on-site participation. The form for remote participation is under preparation.

    You can book a hotel near the venue on the registration system. The reservation through the system should be completed by 1 May (JST).

    Registration deadline will be 16 Mai 2024 (1 May for hotel bookings)!

    Abstract submission can be done via the abstract registration link: Abstract registration.

    Presentations can be made only in person. Those who participate remotely can only listen to the meeting !

    Abstract Deadline will be 30 April at 23:59 JST / 16:59 CEST
