AKARI Helpdesk system upgrade
On 30 January 2008, the AKARI Helpdesk System (powered by Kayako) has been upgraded to Version 3.11
To submit a question to the AKARI ESA Helpdesk, you need first to login as a registered user with your e-mail and password.
To register, please access the helpdesk in the usual manner (by selecting it from the left menu) and select "Register".
You will need to enter your e-mail address and a password. You are also asked to enter the combination of letters and numbers
you will see on the screen to avoid machine-registrations.
You will then receive an e-mail with a link you need to press to activate the registration.
To raise new questions (tickets) please sign in with your e-mail and password. You will then also get access to all the tickets previously raised by you or sent to you.
NB: If you have subscribed to the AKARI mailing list, you do not need to do it again, as we have imported the list of subscribers from the previous version.
