Individuals wishing to respond to this Announcement of Opportunity must submit their proposal using the submission form below. Details of the content and format of the proposal can be found in the Announcement document.

The deadline for submitting a proposal (10 May 2018 at 12:00 (noon) CEST) has passed.

An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the applicant at the email address provided, upon successful submission of the proposal.
