In line with these objective, the Space Science and Astronomy communities in Europe and worldwide are invited to present their work and report on their experiences on/with:

  1. Getting everyone connected: software and hardware interfaces that make a difference for professionals and students with disabilities in on-line work; making online accessible to everyone around the world.
  2. Online do's and don'ts: organising professional meetings and conferences, recent experience and lessons learn on accessibility.
  3. Online training of students and young professionals: recent experience in academic e-learning.
  4. Recruitment and interviews in the era of COVID: how to turn restrictions into advancing equal opportunities.
  5. Common knowledge and skills from astronomy and space sciences: combining tools and experience from experts in the field with and without disabilities in order to enrichen the scientific working environment.

The SARA on-line event will prepare the ground for the follow-up workshop at the European Space Astronomy Centre (ESA/ESAC), near Madrid, Spain, in 2021.
