Registration form should only collect the information neccesery and relevant to the Conference/Workshop in compliance with the ESA Personal Data Protection Framework and Policy​. 

The list of the mandatory fields can be found below:

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Affiliation
• Nationality/es
• ID/Passport number (to be approved by SCI ISO shortly)
• Privacy Notice acceptance
• Code of Conduct acceptance

Additional information can be collected if they are relevant to secure the logististics of the event. Some most common fields are:

• Participation type (onsite vs. online) - if the conference is a hybrid conference
• Bus service use
• Social evvent/Ice breaker participation
• Topics of interest.
