As the Local Organising Committee of the Solar Orbiter SOWG #29, we assume that all participants share our commitment to create a meeting environment that values diversity and inclusion and therefore is free from harassment. We want to promote a diverse environment with respectful and courteous behaviour and for this reason we expect all participants to adhere to our Code of Conduct.

The registration will open on 15 September 2026, both for in-person and remote participants. Registration deadline is 9 October EOB.

 

External visitors must complete their registration by filling in the ESAC Security Form to provide the personal information required to access to ESAC. The link to the Security Form will appear in the notification email sent after completing the registration on the webpage.
