For the Science Planning Workshop, ESA will make available a dedicated shuttle service between Madrid and ESAC, as detailed here below.
SHUTTLE BETWEEN MADRID AND ESAC
A bus (55 pax maximum) will be provided every morning from Moncloa area in downtown Madrid to ESAC and back in the afternoon after the last session. The seats are limited to the attendees that signed up for the bus in the registration form.
The meeting point is in Paseo de Ruperto Chapí (https://goo.gl/maps/rY3q2YvWopnSkvsQ9) every morning at 8:20AM except the first day (Monday, when the Madrid to ESAC bus departure time will be 12:30).
The bus driver will NOT have the names of the passengers and he will not wait for passengers who are late.
The bus will have an ESA sign on the front window.
- The morning bus from Madrid (Moncloa) to ESAC will departure on Tuesday at 12:30, and on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 8:20. Please, be on time!.
- The afternoon bus from ESAC to Madrid will be at 18:15 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and at 16:20 on Friday (it will go from ESAC to Madrid and then it will continue to the airport).

As a backup, please note that there is also public transport available from the Moncloa Bus Station to ESAC (line 623, green buses). The buses leaving at 07:15, 08:15, 16:10 and 16:50 from Moncloa will stop at ESAC (they have an "ESAC" sign on the front window). As well there will be buses at 08:25, 09:30, 17:00 and 17:50 from ESAC to Moncloa.
Otherwise lines 627 (623 all other runs not stopping at ESAC) can also be used from and to Moncloa, but the closest bus-stop is at the main roud-about below the bridge, about 2.5 kms from the ESAC entrance.

LUNCH AT ESAC
Will take place in the ESAC canteen from 13:30 to 14:30. Please note that on the first day (Tuesday 26/11/19), for people who had no time to have a proper lunch, sanduiches will be available in the hall of the ESAC Conference Centre (i.e. building D) at the time of the registration (i.e. between 13:00 and 13:30)
MEETING RECEPTION
Badges will be delivered on the first day (Tuesday 26th November) from 13:00 to 13:30. Instructions for WIFI connection will also be provided.
