We kindly request participants to make their own accommodation arrangements.

ESTEC is situated at the southernmost tip of Noordwijk bordering on Katwijk, and is only a short distance from the City of Leiden. Furthermore, ESTEC  is easily reachable from all three by means of public transport (Bus 30 from Leiden central station direction Katwijk, bus 90 or 385 in the direction of Den Haag Central from Pieckeplein, Noordwijk, and 30 direction Katwijk or 385 direction Sassenheim from Katwijk aan Zee.)

ESTEC has standing arrangments for preferential rates with these hotels. To make use of the ESTEC rates in these hotels reservations must be made via the ESTEC travel office.
