Hera Launch FAQ
Q: When will Hera be launched?
A: The Hera launch window opens on 7 October and the launch is targeted for this day.
Q: What happens if the launch is delayed?
A: In the event of a launch delay, the launcher authority will normally re-plan it for the following calendar day, though there might be instances where a re-planning after several days will be chosen. In any case, the launch cannot be re-planned within the same calendar day.
Your KSC ticket will be valid for two days only (they can be consecutive days or non-consecutive days). This means that you will have two single, distinct possibilities to see the launch; however, please bear in mind that each day-ticket is considered used at the moment you enter the KSC entrance gate. This means that if launch is scrubbed, the timing of the announcement dictates how many possibilities you actually have.

Q: My family group includes children. Can I bring them to the launch viewing?
A: There are no age restrictions for viewing from Kennedy Space Center. Children are welcome under parental supervision. Children aged 0-2 do not need a KSC entry ticket. - TBC
Q: I will not be able to collect my tickets on 06 October from the Courtyard by Marriott Cocoa Beach. What should I do?
A: Your colleague/family member can collect your tickets on your behalf by showing his/her ID.
Q: I lost my KSC entry ticket/badge. Can I still enter KSC for the launch viewing?
A: You cannot enter KSC without a ticket. If you have a KSC entry ticket but no badge, you can enter KSC but cannot use the ESA bus which brings you to the launch viewing area.

Q: How can I change my e-mail address provided at the registration?
A: You may go back to the registration website, type your email, and click on the magnification glass. This will allow your to retrieve and modify your registration. In case of problems, you may send a message to hera_launch@cosmos.esa.int
Q: I have registered (with my family) for the KSC launch viewing but I am / we are unable to attend after all – what should I do?
A: Go back to the registration website, type your email, and click on the magnification glass. This will retrieve your registration. Click the delete button to cancel your registration. In case of problems, please urgently send a mail to hera_launch@cosmos.esa.int

A: You may go back to the registration website, type your email, and click on the magnification glass. This will allow your to retrieve and modify your registration. In case of problems, please urgently send a mail to hera_launch@cosmos.esa.int
