Transport

Getting around at ESTEC

 

When arriving, you need to first register with your passport or National ID at the gate house (red circle in the map below). The meeting will take place in the tennis hall in the Escape buidling (black circle) and in the Newton Conference Room (green circle).

 

Accomodation

 

Many hotels can be found in Noordwijk and Leiden. However, most are booked out when trying to book last minute, therefore it is recommended to book some weeks in advance.
