8th ANNOUNCEMENT

20 June 2016

Dear Conference participants,

We would like to thank all the participants in the Meteoroids 2016 in Noordwijk. Thanks to you, the conference was a great success. Thanks to Trond Erik Hillestad we have a nice group photograph - you can download it from the conference web page.

We would like to inform you of two practical issues:

1. Presentations

As it was announced during the conference we will put all Meteoroids 2016 presentations online. Please let us know if you have any objections (e.g. because of any confidential information included in the presentation). If so, let us know till Thursday, 23rd June. Otherwise, we assume you agree that we can post your presentation in the form we received during the conference.

2. Proceedings

There will be no classical proceedings and participants will therefore not receive any book with the presented contributions (except the abstract booklet distributed at registration). Instead, a special issue with peer-reviewed papers from our conference will be published by the journal Planetary and Space Science. The guest editors will be J. Borovička, D. Janches, and I. Williams; the managing guest editor will be D. Koschny.
