Accommodation

ESA has price arrangements with some hotels in Noordwijk and Leiden, that are listed here. If you are interested in booking room in those hotels with ESA rates, please contact directly the ESTEC travel office (estec.traveloffice@atpi.com). Kindly note that those rates are only available when booked via ATPI. For the booking of a hotel room via ATPI a handling fee of EUR 12.10 will be charged.

Bus Transfer Schedule (Noordwijk Hotels - ESTEC)

Some bus transport will be organised, but for the local transport between ESTEC and the Noordwijk hotels the hotel shuttle bus will be used. More information can be found here.
