    The Symposium registration fees are:

    Early bird registration, onsite participation (closes on 26 February at 11:59 PM CET) 209 €
    Late registration, onsite participation 249 €
    Registration, online participation 109 €
    Students, onsite and online participation 109 €

     

    Onsite and online registration will close on 16 March at 11:59 PM (CET). During the registration students will be asked to upload a PDF with proof of their status. Early-career scientists who have requested financial support should wait for the organisers decision before registering.

    Onsite registration will include coffee breaks, the Symposium welcome reception, bus transportation between ESTEC and Noordwijk hotels, and access to the Symposium online tool. The Symposium social dinner is not included in the registration fee. Participants will be given the option to sign up for the dinner as part of the registration process.
