Perseids 2016 from the Canary Islands
2016 Aug 12 - Our CILBO stations successfully observed the Perseids - each of our LIC cameras recorded around 200 Perseids in addition to about 100 other meteors. In several cases meteors appeared almost simultaneously - unfortunately our detection software only stores the data of one meteor in this case...
Below left an image from LIC1, 12 Aug 2016, 02h21m29s. To the right the same meteors recorded with LIC2. It seems that the third meteor was somewhere else and not visible in the LIC2 image.
