The INTEGRAL helpdesk can only be contacted via E-mail. When submitting a new request we advise you to reflect your (short) question in the subject line of your request. It is important that you send in a separate request for each question. Your message will receive a unique ID, e.g. [helpdesk#19454], by which we can identify it easily in our database. Please use this ID, by including it in the subject header of any further correspondence concerning this particular question.
