Aims and Scope of the Meeting

The symposium is the fifth meeting in the series of the international symposia "The X-ray Universe". The intention is to gather a general collection of research in high energy astrophysics. The symposium will provide a showcase for results, discoveries and expectations from current and future X-ray missions.

The Frentani Conference Centre is located in the heart of Rome, close to Termini station, within easy reach by public transport. The venue is completely accessible to disabled people.

Registration Fee:

290 EUR: Students able to provide a document of eligibility, until 27th April
390 EUR: Early fee, until 27th April
540 EUR: Late fee, after 27th April
 

The fee includes the welcome reception, four lunches and all coffee breaks.

Social Events

Welcome Cocktail: On Monday June 5 18:00-20:00, a welcome cocktail will take place in front of the Physics Department, Edificio Marconi, La Sapienza University of Rome. The registration desk will be open.

Conference Dinner: On Wednesday June 7 at 20:30 the conference dinner will take place at restaurant l'Archeologia, in the Appia Antica Park. Bus transportation will be organised between the conference venue and the restaurant, the costs are included in the dinner fee of 60 EUR.
