Science Operations

     

    The Science Operation Centre (SOC) is located at the European Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC) near Madrid, Spain. It coordinates the distribution of the data received from the Mission Operations Centre (MOC) to the relevant Coordination Units of the six Data Processing Centres. The SOC also coordinates the science operation requests and is responsible for their compilation and for sending them to the MOC.
