Summary: This note presents a catalogue of radial velocities (RVs) and a comprehensive estimate of their errors for 10,277 stars which showed a constant radial velocity during multiple observations. Quality and especially quantity of the measurements do not satisfy a standard astronomical definition to call them radial velocity standards, but these stars can still be used as an extensive set of secondary standards which are useful for validation of the RVS instrument.
